Details About 135L Industrial Ultrasonic Cleaner

Brief Introduction Of 135L Ultrasonic Cleaner:

135L ultrasonic cleaner will be the powerful cleaning tool in the woodworking shops, metalworking shops, car repair workshops and, etc. Do you want a more powerful tool? Don’t worry, you can choose any function you need for 135L ultrasonic cleaner. It is including at least below functions but not last. If you need other functions, you can contact our sales team for more information.

  • Ultrasonic cleaning machine with oil filtration function. (This function can separate the oil and floating material on the surface of cleaning solution which will prevent the second pollution to the cleaning objects and recycle the cleaning solution for reuse.)
  • Ultrasonic cleaning machine with auto lifting function. (Auto lift function can allow you to load and unload the heavy parts easily with simple control which can avoid the injury risks)
  • Ultrasonic cleaning machine with the agitating system. (This function will move dirty parts up and down in certain speed which can help to remove large dirty particle on the surface and it can improve cleaning effect a lot)
  • Ultrasonic cleaning machine with drying system. (Drying function will let you dry the part immediately after cleaning in case of oxidation on the surface of clean parts. You can also choose air gun for the drying system)
  • Ultrasonic cleaning machine with rinsing system. (Rinsing system will be helpful when you have high requirements for the cleaning object. You can choose several rinsing tanks to make sure your parts get clean. Besides, you can also install the transducers on the rinsing tank which will improve rinsing effect much more than without ultrasonic)
  • Ultrasonic cleaning machine with a rotating system. (This function will help clean round objects like the car wheel. It will make the wheel rotating at a certain speed when ultrasonic cleaning which can clean every angle of the wheel)
  • Ultrasonic cleaning machine with spraying system. (Spraying system will use high-pressure water to prewashing dirty parts before ultrasonic cleaning which will remove some large contaminants)
  • Ultrasonic cleaning machine with PLC control. (PLC touch control will allow you to set all the functions in one single touch panel, it is suitable for complicated functions )

Furthermore, you can also choose different timer according to your requirements.

Application Of 135L ultrasonic cleaner:

135L ultrasonic cleaner can fit for almost every cleaning task in various industries.

The Reason You Should Have Ultrasonic Cleaner For Car Parts

Ultrasonics is the most powerful and affordable cleaning unit for the Automotive based industries. One system is powerful enough to remove the toughest contaminants such as rust, paint, carbon, and oil on all non-absorbent materials such as steel, alloy and hard plastics in a fraction of the time it takes you now, with the bonus of being safer. The advantage of ultrasonic cleaners is it reduces wasted time on repetitive and laborious cleaning tasks when you could be using your valuable time more productively.

What Ultrasonic Cleaner Can Do?

ultrasonic cleaners use industrial strength cleaning action to:

  • Clean carbon deposits from carburetors and engine parts
  • Removes stubborn oil, grease, lubricants, paint, rust, and dirt
  • Safely clean any aluminum parts
  • Penetrate and thoroughly clean small holes, small apertures, and crevices
  • Clean sensitive parts including wiring and plastic without damage

Because these parts are cleaned thoroughly, they continue to work effectively and outlast other parts that may not be as clean. This process also decreases the need for and the time spent manually cleaning all of these parts and equipment.

If you own or manage a business in the automotive industry and you are interested in a high-quality ultrasonic cleaner that can effectively clean all of your automotive parts and equipment, contact Hongsonic.

Ultrasonic activity (cavitation) helps the solution to do its job; plain water would not normally be effective. The cleaning solution contains ingredients designed to make ultrasonic cleaning more effective. For example, the reduction of surface tension increases cavitation levels, so the solution contains a good wetting agent (surfactant). Aqueous cleaning solutions contain detergents, wetting agents and other components, and have a large influence on the cleaning process.

The Correct composition of the solution is very dependent upon the item to be cleaned. Solutions are mostly used warm, at about 50-65°C (1 22-149°F), however, in medical applications it is generally accepted that cleaning should be at temperatures below 38°C (10 °F) to prevent protein coagulation. Water-based solutions are more limited in their ability to remove contaminants by chemical action alone than solvent solutions; e.g. for delicate parts covered with thick grease. The effort required to design an effective aqueous-cleaning system for a particular purpose is much greater than for a solvent system.

Some machines (which are not unduly large) are integrated with vapor degreasing machines using hydrocarbon cleaning fluids: Three tanks are used in a cascade. The lower tank containing dirty fluid is heated causing the fluid to evaporate. At the top of the machine, there is a refrigeration coil. Fluid condenses on the coil and falls into the upper tank. The upper tank eventually overflows and clean fluid runs into the work tank where the cleaning takes place. The purchase price is higher than simpler machines, but such machines are economical in the long run. The same fluid can be reused many times, minimizing wastage and pollution. Carbon tetrachloride was used in the past but is now prohibited as a health hazard. Chemicals used in the modern Ultrasonic cleaning units.
